Rohit Bal’s latest collection, Khakasart, for HDIL Couture Week 2010 had plenty to delight the brides. With a minimalist palette, Bal still delivered an opulent collection of heavy zardozi embroidered lehengas, saris and jackets. Since its targeted for the Autumn/ Winter Season, there was plenty of velvet on the ramp. And his jackets are to die for!

    These new Indian high falutin’ sherwanis make people look like they are wearing curtain material. Lets not confuse ostentatious displays of wealth with taste and fashion. Please
