Gurudwara Wedding
Actor and musician Harmeet Singh (of Meet Brothers fame) married Delhi-based Sunaina Singh at a Gurudwara wedding in Noida on 16th May. The other wedding functions included an engagement/ cocktail party at the Fortune Inn Grazia Hotel in Noida. And a post wedding party for Harmeet’s large social circle in Mumbai. This was held at a rather unusual venue—the newly opened ‘Jail’ lounge in Andheri.

Arranged Marriage
This is Harmeet’s second marriage; he was earlier married to popular Model Shefali Zariwala. This was an arranged match for Delhi-bred Sunaina (her mother is an Anglo-Indian and father a Punjabi) and Gwalior-bred Harmeet.

Wedding Wear For the Gurudwara wedding, Sunaina wore a rich, red ensemble from CTC Plaza, South Extension. Says Sunaina: “My wear for the other functions were designed by my mother Caroline Singh who runs a boutique (Anuz creations) for Indian wear at sector 41 in Noida. For the engagement I wore a pink lehenga with white work for a contemporary, soft bridal look. Since I love blue, for the post-wedding party my mother designed a blue saree-- with kundan work, Swarovski crystals and ‘red’ embroidery since it was a wedding function." Harmeet wore a black and gold ensemble for the engagement and a pink kurta for the wedding.

Meet Brothers Brothers Manmeet and Harmeet (Monty and Harry to friends) formed the band Meet Brothers and they are also music composers. The duo studied in Scindia School, Gwalior, and later moved to Mumbai to pursue graduation at Sydenham College. Post college, they dabbled in modelling and later acted in Hindi soaps. Now both of them pursue their singing passion and also run a music studio in Andheri. Manmeet Singh is married to former Model Karishma Modi.
