About the Couple
Priya Kumar and Sundeep Mokha live in Toronto, Ontario. Both work in the tech field, and they also run a boutique wedding consulting business (www.psmokha.com). They got married on April 25th 2009 at the Swaminarayan Temple, Toronto and the reception was at the gorgeous Le Jardin Special Events Centre.

We wanted luxury and delicious food
“When we were researching honeymoon destinations, we knew we wanted a luxury trip full of R&R and delicious food. We were recommended the El Dorado Hotel and Spa in the Mayan Riviera, Mexico (www.eldoradosparesorts.com); and could not been happier with this choice.”

“We left on our honeymoon a day after our wedding, and enjoyed luxury right from the beginning. With first class lounges, and private cars we felt like celebrities all over again. At the resort, we stayed in a beautiful private Casita that overlooked the breathtaking ocean of the Mayan and thoroughly enjoyed 24 hours room service. One aspect of the trip that we loved was the numerous gourmet restaurants that really catered to our needs. We had the most scrumptous vegetarian dishes all day and both of us loved the nachos and guacamole, fusion Thai noodles and tofu medley. At the Health bar we were able to order fresh juices, exotic fruits and unique salads. The staff at the health bar were toogood—everyday they would greet us pleasantly and surprise us with healthy yummy smoothies.

We also relaxed a lot at the spa, dipped in the salt water pool and participated in local activities like hand painting sculptures, towel animal classes, morning yoga on the beach, salsa dancing lessons and more.”

When we returned home, we had flowers and treats ready for us from our family and we enjoyed a big dinner with our closest friends and family. Back to Reality!!!
