Aashay Samel & Aditya Kedia of Believe Weddings say, “The couple envisioned a celebration that was classy and minimalistic, where every element enhanced the natural charm of the venue. Their brief to the décor team was to keep things elegant, refined, and cohesive. Each event was designed with a sense of understated luxury—soft palettes, thoughtful detailing, and design that spoke of sophistication.”
At the family’s request, 18 priests from Benaras made the groom’s entry and the varmala ceremony extra sacred with their blessings. The groom also wanted the bands to play his song, a request that all three granted in their own style!
Wedding Functions
Welcome Lunch
The festivities began with a relaxed and vibrant poolside lunch, themed “Ocean of Love”. Soft tropical tones, chic floral arrangements, and light, breezy décor set the perfect tone for what was to come. Live music by the Pune Jazz Project added an upbeat yet sophisticated vibe to the afternoon.
Sangeet
The evening was themed Velvet Reverie. A contemporary setup with shimmering lights and bold stage design, created a luxe ambience that was the perfect backdrop for the couple’s performances and musical acts. The Bengaluru band, Best Kept Secret, and Percussionist Rajji Saini kept the energy high all night long.
BBQ Brunch
This was an Italian Summer, casual and fun-filled afternoon, designed for relaxation and connection. Minimalistic seating, warm hues, and earthy details tied the look together, allowing guests to enjoy the scenic poolside and delicious food in style.
Wedding
The wedding ceremony, themed Shaanti Kalyanam, was an elegant affair, imbibing the auspicious feeling of the peace of an Indian temple. Intricate floral detailing and organic textures created a timeless setup. Every detail felt serene and intentional, mirroring the couple’s calm and grounded personalities. A heartwarming highlight was the inclusion of the groom’s beloved dog, who couldn’t attend the wedding in person but was beautifully represented in the décor through customized illustrations and motifs, ensuring his spirit was present throughout the celebration. Varsh Jan and his troupe mesmerized the crowd with their talent!
Celebratory Dinner
The final night culminated in a grand dinner reception that exuded modern elegance. Clean lines, dramatic lighting, and luxurious floral arrangements transformed the venue into a classy yet warm space. Copycats and DJ Abhay set the tone for a night of dancing and celebration, closing the festivities on the perfect note. Copy Cats’ troupe was the most apt band.
