IAS officer Pari Bishnoi and Haryana MLA Bhavya Bishnoi celebrated their love with a beguiling engagement at Taj Chia Kutir Resort & Spa in Darjeeling. Hailing from Bikaner, Pari is currently posted in Sikkim while Delhi-born Bhavya lives between the capital and his constituency of Adampur.
