Shreyasi Chaudhary and Saurabh Maydeo’s wedding was a heartwarming celebration of love and friendship, brought to life by the creative vision of WeddingSutra Favorite – Catapultt Weddings. Known for their seamless execution and elegant storytelling through design, the planners ensured every moment was infused with personality and charm while reflecting the couple’s warmth and simplicity.
“Even though most of our meetings with the couple were conducted online, the process was smooth and collaborative. It shows how effortlessly wedding planning and décor can be managed digitally when there is trust and understanding,” shares Manish Fitkariwala from Catapultt Weddings.
The festivities began with a vibrant Haldi, where a sunflower-inspired theme radiated joy. Bursts of yellow, natural textures, and sun-kissed details created a cheerful setting that perfectly mirrored the couple’s lighthearted bond. The Sangeet glimmered with glitz and glam, dressed in a palette of blue and silver. Glittering accents, dramatic lighting, and reflective décor set the tone for a night brimming with music, laughter, and dance.
The wedding ceremony unfolded in serene sophistication with an ivory and green palette. Lush foliage, delicate blooms, and understated elegance transformed the space into a tranquil haven of love. “The couple’s brief was clear. They wanted colors that weren’t too loud but still made a statement. We curated looks that were stylish, timeless, and true to their personalities,” adds Manish.
The finale, a red-hued reception, was bold yet romantic. The highlight of the evening came when Saurabh, a gifted singer, performed for his bride, serenading her with a heartfelt song that moved everyone present. Reflecting on the journey, Manish shares, “Shreyasi and Saurabh were a dream to work with—warm, grounded, and incredibly cooperative. That made every detail we planned, whether online or in person, fall seamlessly into place.” The result was a wedding that balanced elegance and intimacy, proving that with the right vision, even remote planning can deliver celebrations that are deeply personal.
