When planning their Reception in Mumbai, Palak Jain and Madhav Kabra had a clear vision in mind: They wanted a celebration that was at once romantic, intimate, and luxurious. The evening should not just celebrate their love for each other, but also their close ties with their loved ones. And the décor? They were specific that it had to be a combination of crystals and flowers. And this dream was made into reality by WeddingSutra Favorite – Centre Point Events.
Wedding Planning
Nikhil Murarka of Centre Point Events says that the stunning Astor Ballroom at St Regis was transformed into a visual spectacle themed around “Florals & Crystals”. Guests were welcomed with a magical entryway featuring a floral crystal cage photobooth and a canopy of crystal drapes that shimmered under the glow of opulent chandeliers. Pristine floral arrangements added softness and elegance, balancing the dazzling décor.
Couple Entry
And it wasn’t just the crystals that shone that evening. Palak turned heads in a contemporary violet sequin gown, exuding glamour and modern flair, while Madhav looked effortlessly dapper in a tailored tuxedo. Their grand entrance featured a flash mob with both families, leading into the couple’s magical arrival.
The couple’s entry was cinematic: As beams of light sliced through the dark, lasers and spotlights danced across the room, and the couple made their grand entry like stars descending onto their own galaxy of love. This fairytale moment led seamlessly into their romantic first dance.
After Party
As the formal reception concluded, the night seamlessly transitioned into an all-out celebration. DJ Amit took over and the ballroom morphed into a vibrant dancefloor. The beats dropped, lights pulsed, and the energy was electric—everyone hit the floor like true rockstars.
