Abhishek Bachchan attends Producer Nidhi Dutta’s engagement celebrations

Bollywood producer Nidhi Dutta, daughter of acclaimed Bollywood filmmaker JP Dutta and actress Bindiya Goswami, recently got engaged to beau Binoy Gandhi, who is known for his work with films such as Fanaa, Gayab and Teri Meri Kahaani. Nidhi and Binoy, who have been together for five years, celebrated their engagement with a close-knit yet grand ceremony at home.
Attended by big names in Bollywood, guests included Nidhi’s close friend Abhishek Bachchan. The event was managed by WeddingSutra Favorite FB Celebrations and the decor was starry with luxurious red florals accentuated by velvet drapes and LED candles. Also present were composer Anu Malik and sisters Anushka and Akansha Ranjan who cheerfully posed with Nidhi and her sister.
Dressed in a bright pink lehenga embroidered with reflective floral motifs, Nidhi glowed as she posed with Binoy. A statement kundan and pearl maang tikka, necklace and earrings accessorized her look while her long locks fell in luscious waves around her shoulders. Binoy, on the other hand, channeled his inner royal with a classic off white and gold sherwani.
While some news sources did report that Nidhi and Binoy had tied the knot, the celebration was however of their engagement/roka ceremony. An industry source revealed, “Keeping the current scenario in mind, Nidhi and Binoy have decided to adopt a practical perspective. They have no intention of spending weeks or months on wedding planning and will take all decisions, quickly.”
