Ankita and Rohan’s Parisian pre-wedding photoshoot

A French beret, cobbled streets, historic arches, charming bridges – these iconic elements are unique to the Paris experience. Ankita and Rohan reprised the glamor and romance of ‘An Evening in Paris’ with their stunning pre-wedding photoshoot in the French capital.
How We Met
“Rohan and I met in Mumbai last year, when he was visiting India for three days to watch a cricket match. It was a formal arrangement in the sense that everything had been previously organized by our parents. After a lot of coaxing by our loved ones, we finally met at a popular café in the city and discovered that we had a lot in common. After he returned to the US, we continued talking via Skype and social media channels. When he flew down to India again, we visited Himachal to spend some time together. That was it – we fell madly in love and shortly after, we got engaged!”
Pre-Wedding Photoshoot
“We had always wanted to visit Paris together and finally decided to go there for our much-anticipated pre-wedding photoshoot. Once that was fixed, we started our research on the best photographer and came across Anoop Padalkar’s website. We loved his dreamy images and called him to discuss our ideas and thoughts. He listened to us patiently and even suggested that we shoot at the park, Champs-Élysées and the iconic- Eiffel Tower! We decided on donning an elegant winter look which had Rohan and me wearing color coordinated western outfits. Anoop too made sure that we felt comfortable and not so overwhelmed. Everything was going great when, in an unfortunate twist of fate, we got robbed! We lost all proof of our identities and money! It was at this time that Anoop completely supported us. He not only told us to continue the shoot but also helped us get through that tough time. The results of the photoshoot were fantastic and we cannot thank Anoop enough for such an awesome time – and such incredible pictures.”
