6 months of meticulously planning, 4 decadent days of festivities, a destination of International style and glamor – this spectacular celebration at Palazzo Versace Dubai set a new bar for wedding getaways!
For the India-based couple, the vision for their wedding was crystal clear – a unique experience that reflected the personalities and gave their guests moments of surprise and novelty in every function. Team Love Details Events worked around the clock for 6 months paying great attention to logistics, cultural differences, and legal permissions to ensure an unforgettable and magical experience for the couple and their guests.
Imbibed with the essence of Versace, the grandeur of Palazzo Versace Dubai was the perfect backdrop to the luxurious wedding getaway. With extravagantly designed spaces, the finest culinary service, and the best in high-end hospitality, each celebration here was a dream come true.
Welcome Dinner
To kick off the spectacular celebrations, a chic dinner party was hosted to welcome all the guests. The couple and their loved ones enjoyed an evening of stellar culinary fare and cocktails as they took in the breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain shows.
Haldi and Pool Party
After the haldi ceremony in the morning, the ambiance and mood revved up with a vibrant pool party with colorful themed decor and carnival entertainers decked in full costume!
The entire poolside at the Palazzo Versace transformed into a Miami Beach club. Guests were welcomed by entertainers in costumes, while a themed bar, a dance floor, and a retro-style DJ Booth awaited them inside. The decor saw gorgeous summer blooms, fruits, origami art, quirky photo ops, and a whole lot more. A beer pong table, pool table tennis, and game-style inflatables added to the fun! Carnival dancers in elaborate costumes performed their choreographed sets every 20 minutes throughout the event and mingled with the crowd as they enjoyed themselves, while the percussionist was staged in the pool and played water drums.
Sangeet
As the evening progressed, the festivities were shifted to a grand ballroom for a glamorous Sangeet soiree. Set with the ambiance of an eclectic nightclub, the evening saw LED elements, a stunning floral canopy, edgy purple decor, and more, the highlight of which was an island bar with a large LED tree. The couple entered with panache in a dreamy act surrounded by dancers in white fairy costumes with long white trails to their dresses held up in the air by helium balloons. The most unforgettable part of the evening however was the hologram performance by the couple that took everyone’s breath away!
Wedding
Hosted against the idyllic backdrop of Dubai Creek, the wedding ceremony saw ethereal floral decor that made it seem like it was straight out of a fairytale! The mirrored aisle and the striking mandap structure, all of which were festooned with the most beautiful pastel blooms, set a luxurious yet tranquil ambiance for the rituals.
The highlight of the occasion however was the mesmerizing varmala ceremony, planned to perfection by the planners. Flanked by water on both sides, the bride and groom walked towards each other down a path lit with fireworks, as towering 4m props of religious Hindu symbols followed them on a mechanized track. As they converged to form one, the bride and groom united and exchanged garlands to loud cheers and gasps of awe! It was a sight like no other.
