Chandrayee and Siddharth’s Sangeet – A Glitzy Affair at the Enchanting Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, Dubai

Sure everyone loves the whole wedding but you and I both know there’s nothing as fun as the sangeet. Chandrayee and Siddharth’s sangeet was everything you’d expect from the most rocking night of the festivities and the stunning pictures from the celebration are a treat!
Chandrayee and Siddharth’s beautiful story began when Siddharth’s sister introduced them four years ago. The bride shares, “Sharing a few common friends, we added each other on Facebook and got chatting on Messenger which broke the ice. But it wasn’t until I moved to England to study that the distance played a big part in our story. We decided to get to know each other better which made me decide to come back to Dubai and the rest as you know is history.”
A beautiful summer wedding was planned with the celebrations kick-started with the sangeet. “We wanted to pick venues that meant something to us and held some memories. Hence we decided to have our sangeet at the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel since Siddharth and I had our first unofficial date at Irish Village next door,” shares Chandrayee.
The grand party saw some unique décor elements evoking the experience of a royal wedding celebration. Large marquee letters spelling out the wedding hashtag #SIDRAY were placed near the dance floor while colored fabric and rare vintage décor with florals adorned the setting.
Another highlight of this event was performances by family and friends who had flown in especially for the occasion. The function followed a theme of simplicity and elegance and their decor palette was gorgeous and full of bright lights that complemented the couple’s outfits perfectly.
