Concept Tables at WeddingSutra Influencer Awards 2019 by Mehr Jesia X Red Box
WeddingSutra Influencer Awards - May 6, 2019
One of the most glitzy platforms in the industry of luxury weddings, the WeddingSutra Influencer Awards 2019, was an occasion to honor excellence for some of the most esteemed wedding experts in the industry. Christened ‘Experience Partners’, a total of nine talented designers and wedding professionals created two inspiring concept tables each. This part of the series highlights the concept tables created by one of our Style Curators of the night, Mehr Jesia X Red Box Productions. The alliance led the former Miss India and supermodel to design and inspire wedding decor with her concept tables at the WeddingSutra Influencer Awards 2019.
The first concept table had a sophisticated aura surrounding it as a printed black and white linen covered the table’s perimeter with carefully picked elements placed on top of it. The tea-light candles placed inside tinted glass holders, contemporary metallic lamps, classic white and silver cutlery added a hint of elegance to the table. The greens at the center of the arrangement and the fronds placed atop white napkins interlaced a refreshing vibe into the monochromatic color scheme of the table. The highlight, however, was the bunch of white calla lilies extended upside down above the table laced around a beautiful wooden framework.
The second table had a strong floral influence as it was covered by a satin peach table cloth covered with pink roses placed under a glass casing. The crystal glasses, plates, and textured chalices along with the ornate chandelier at the center gave the table an elegant yet dreamy look creating a stark contrast between the two tables. The metallic chiavari chairs, bronze glasses holding gypsophila, golden cutlery and napkin rings added regal touches to the entire setup. Mehr’s remarkable creations were complemented with two cocktails curated especially keeping in mind the theme for the concept tables. The guests at the first table were served with Charcoal Sour and Bond Martini which stood true to the monochromatic theme of the tables created by Mehr. The other table enjoyed the tantalizing flavors of Cosmo, all three of which, were specially curated by The Wedding Bartenders and Hops Cork.
