Hailing from esteemed families settled in Singapore, the couple wanted to tie the knot in Mumbai with celebrations that exceeded all expectations. Hosting VVIP guests coming in from Singapore, Dubai, Oman, Chennai, and Bangalore, seamless hospitality and a luxurious experience for the guests were paramount to the couple and their families.
Priyal Mehta, Founder of Niché Events, takes us through the process. “The couple were planning on four functions, hosted with stunning decor and ambiance in 4 distinct venues. For their intimate wedding of 200-300 people, hospitality was of utmost importance to them. The stay of their guests was booked at several different hotels, and as wedding planners, we had to manage internal transfers and airport drop pick-ups, ensure seamless eating arrangements at every location, and make sure that all 200 guests were transported to and from the venues with the minimum distance being 35 mins. Needless to say, it was a logistical challenge of extreme proportions! Thankfully, my team did a fabulous job at ironing out the wrinkles and ensuring that micro details were carried out with the utmost care, all the while keeping the sentiments of our clients and their guests in mind.”
The subtle yet luxurious aesthetics of their wedding was orchestrated to suit their personalities and tastes. In accordance with their customs, all the flowers used in the decor were fresh and set an enchanting ambiance with their romantic, pastel color palette. The delicate crystal details, pristine white furnishings, and other quaint decor elements all came together to set a tranquil tone for their traditional wedding ceremony.
