Cricketer Suryakumar Yadav’s sister tied the knot in style with a series of uniquely themed events that were a heady mix of glamour and tradition!

Dinal Yadav, sister of Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav and Krishna Yadav tied the knot with a series of opulent celebrations planned and conceptualized by WeddingSutra Favorite – 7 Oceans Entertainment. Hosted in Navi Mumbai, the union flaunted a variety of themes and vivid hues.
Sangeet
Shashank P Narsaria, Founder, 7 Oceans Entertainment, shares, “The couple and their families were keen on an elegant mix of traditional glam with new-age elements. Keeping this in mind, we crafted the event theme carefully to reflect a seamless mix of these elements. For the sangeet, themed as ‘shimmer and sparkle’, a stunning sequined backdrop in a golden hue created a dramatic and glamorous setting. Golden lanterns in various shapes and sizes added a warm and cozy ambiance to the decor.”
Haldi
Shashank shares, “Apart from the usual yellow hues one sees at haldi celebrations, we used blue and olive green hues in tandem. The Dior-inspired theme was conveyed through columns that sported designs from the iconic fashion house. Fresh olive leaves were used to create a beautiful garland, symbolizing peace and harmony. Traditional vases brimming with marigold, sunflowers, gerbera daisies, and baby’s breath, added a pop of color to the decor.”
Wedding
The final day had the team pulling all the stops to make the ‘Vrindavan’ themed wedding come to life. Shashank recollects, “We elegantly combined the richness of Indian tradition with vivid colours to bring this decor story to life. A backdrop illustrated with foliage and lotus flowers gave the union a picture-perfect backdrop while brass candle stands added a dash of ethnic glam.”
