When it came to luxury, Anjali and Himanshu said a resounding ‘yes!’ Opting for vibrant hues that are beloved at Indian weddings and heritage elements, their wedding was planned and designed by WeddingSutra Favorite – Shree Kunj Events.
The couple’s love for regal splendour came through to the team from the very first interaction itself. And, on their end, the design team walked the extra mile to ensure no detail was missing at this Jaipur-based wedding. Team Shree Kunj Events gives us an overview of their creative process and how the wedding celebrations were brought to life, “Anjali and Himanshu love everything heritage, plush and vivid. They sought a balanced blend of regality and tradition. We adhered to their vision with rich hues and ornate embellishments. The celebrations were heavily inspired by mood boards of royal Indian weddings and we wanted the guests to feel like they were attending one! From majestic floral arrangements to luxurious fabrics and ornate furnishings, every detail was meticulously chosen to reflect their desire for a wedding that would be both grand and steeped in tradition.”
Team Shree Kunj Events shared, “The couple sought a traditional decor for haldi, imbued with cultural significance and vibrancy. The quest was to infuse the event with timeless charm and richness which was achieved through numerous marigold blooms, banana leaves, and a geometric patterned orange and white aisle. Vintage brass elements, like, diyas and elephants added a dash of glamour.”
For the big day, nothing was left to chance as the team goes on to share, “We created a heritage-inspired theme aimed to evoke a sense of timeless sophistication. The regal elements with traditional motifs create a truly majestic atmosphere for their special day. Maroon dominated the color palette as it symbolized luxury, passion, and grandeur. Contrasting the deep scarlet hue were ivory and gold hues that could be seen in the blooms, chandeliers, candelabras and furnishings.”
