From rustic boho magic to sunny summer vibes, this intimate wedding was brimming with décor inspiration
Wedding Planning - Apr 19, 2021
Nestled amidst lush greenery and swaying palm trees, Krishna Jain and Udit Gupta’s Bangalore wedding was brought to life by WeddingSutra Favorite – Weddings by Manisha Porwal.
Crafted exclusively to highlight the beautiful venue and joyous celebrations, the minimal yet beautifully thought-out décor is sure to inspire you.
Haldi
A striking entrance of yellow drapes intertwined with strings of foliage and pink flowers playfully beckoned everyone into the vibrant Haldi festivities. Bright hues of yellow and pink ruled the décor, complete with satin covered casual seating, quirky pillows, floral arrangements and other props that created a joyous contrast against the lush green setting. A walkway of marigold petals led to the bridal setup. Yellow and pink blooms added pops of color to the pristine white arrangement of vases, while strings of flowers created the backdrop behind the couple as they were smeared with turmeric paste by their loved ones.
Sangeet
Created with the charm of a rustic barnyard setting, the Sangeet night was a stunning blend of classic glamour and bohemian vibes. A canopy of string lights and rice paper lanterns hung over the festivities, while the transparent outdoor tent allowed the guests to gaze up at the starry night. Teepees, flower arrangements in barrels, wooden cases and logs added to the raw beauty of the décor. The highlight however was the softly lit stage with a wooden backdrop, rustic props, flowers and string lights that liltingly framed the ring ceremony.
Wedding
Accompanied by his bustling baraat, the groom arrived in style for the wedding in a vintage car. An elegant entrance of white drapes welcomed everyone to the romantic pastel wedding festivities. Blooms of white, peach and pink hung in exploding arrangements over the pretty spring décor of the occasion. The youthful freshness of the color palette extended to the mandap as well which was tastefully decked with billowing drapes, flowers and a whimsical white canopy.
