Prasiddhi and Jash’s engagement was reimagined as an unforgettable two-day destination celebration in Bahrain, meticulously planned by WeddingSutra Favorite – Zesst Events and Weddings. Seamlessly blending grandeur with local cultural nuances, the team created a vibrant series of experiences that reflected the couple’s dynamic personalities while ensuring every guest felt immersed in the festivities.
Aakash Doshi from Zesst Events and Weddings shares, “Our vision was to design not just an engagement, but a luxury pre-wedding celebration that celebrated love with energy, elegance, and cultural richness. Every element was curated to bring people together in a way that felt interactive, personal, and memorable.” The celebrations commenced with the Neon Nirvana Island Party Sundowner, where the couple made a dramatic entry by boat, setting the tone for an evening of revelry. Surrounded by water, the neon-lit setting came alive with interactive games, fiery performances, falcon displays, and a high-energy DJ accompanied by a percussionist. A dedicated sheesha lounge and vibrant décor added layers of cultural resonance, marrying Bahraini influences with contemporary flair.
The next afternoon unfolded into the Mandarins & Mimosas Pool Party, where a vivid palette of orange, green, and white transformed the space into a lively summer canvas. Guests were greeted by dancers and immersed in engaging experiences that included Arabic dress-up, calligraphy initials, perfume creation, and a couples puzzle session. As dusk fell, the mood shifted to glamour with the ‘Hitched Night: Gatsby Grandeur’, where the couple officially exchanged rings. Guests were transported into the world of The Great Gatsby with shimmering décor, dramatic entries, and an evening anchored by over 15 family performances and a grand cake cutting. The night culminated in a high-energy dance floor, elevated by live percussionists and a DJ.
With over 300 guests flying in from across the globe, Zesst Events and Weddings orchestrated air-tight logistics, government-backed cultural integrations, and immersive event design that set a new benchmark for destination engagements. “What made this special,” Aakash reflects, “was not just the scale, but how every detail, be it décor, entertainment, or guest experience, was layered with storytelling and thought. It was about creating moments that guests would carry back with them long after the celebrations ended.”
