Len and Tom celebrated their love with a post-wedding photoshoot by photographer Parag Gopale in the breathtaking AVANI Seychelles Barbarons Resort & Spa
How We Met
“Tom is from Croatia and I’m from the Philippines, and currently we both work and live in Dubai. We met at work when he had come to my office to attend a meeting with my team. It is surprising and almost sounds clichéd, but he says he fell in love with me at first sight. Our relationship blossomed gradually… we started off as good friends, then turned into best friends and travelled a lot together before deciding to tie the knot.”
Post Wedding Photoshoot
“I think it’s great to have a post-wedding photoshoot to capture the essence of marriage and the undying bond between a couple. We chose Seychelles for our post-wedding shoot because we got engaged there. We felt it was best to immortalize the place where we started our journey by reminiscing about our relationship through some dreamy pictures. AVANI Seychelles Barbarons Resort & Spa was one of the few hotels which had a view of mountains that were accessible for photography. Since we were keen to capture the scenic extravagance and vibe of a beachside romance, we wanted a photographer who could do justice to the breathtaking beauty of the location. After much thought, we zeroed down on Parag Gopale who suited our requirements completely. He not only guided us throughout the shoot but also captured some beautiful shots of us! Seychelles is a tropical country and the weather can be quite erratic, but Parag insisted we wait for the sunset so that we could capture the golden light. It even drizzled a little during the photo session, but we were so engrossed that it hardly mattered! We are very happy with the photos and cannot thank Parag enough for capturing our timeless memories of a lifetime!”
