‘Mountain Dew’ Dude gets hitched

Model/ Actor Bharat Arora is getting married on November 14th in Delhi. His fiancé Meghann Malik earlier worked with DJs production and UTV, and the two met during an audition some years ago. Says Bharat: “We first met when Meghann was auditioning actors for a television show. Later we bumped into each other near our homes, since we lived close by in Lokhandwala, Mumbai—and our friendship soon blossomed into a relationship”.
Bharat, popularly known as ‘Mountain Dew Dude’, has modelled for several big brands like Mountain Dew, Yamaha, Hutch, Pantaloons and Motorola. Since he has walked the ramp for all the leading menswear designer we asked him whose creations he is wearing for his own wedding: “My good friend Designer Arjun Saluja knows what I like, what would fit me perfectly and what will look good on me. So I’ve left it all to him.” On other wedding preparations Bharat says: “Meghann and her family, and my parents and sister are enthusiastically involved in all the wedding preps so it’s not too hectic on the wedding work front.”
After marriage, the newly-weds will spend time between Delhi, the city where both Bharat and Meghann’s parents live and Goa and Mumbai. Says Bharat: “I look forward to continuing with select modelling assignments in Mumbai. In Anjuna Goa, three of us– me, Ignatius Camilo (DJ Iggy) and Vijay Kumar (popularly known as Mr K) are setting up ‘Cirrus’ a very unique bar. It will be launched around 1st November, so me and Meghann have amicably decided to postpone our honeymoon and immediately after our marriage, we’ll be back to work—tending to the new-born ‘Cirrus’.”
