Paint fight
Photographs by Shreya Sen
Shreya says, “Most photographers are currently doing couple shoots in gardens or with architectural backgrounds. I wanted to try something conceptually different which was fun and yet we could squeeze in some memorable moments in the images. And Darshan and Priyanka were game for it right from the word go. It was so interactive and the pictures turned out genuinely memorable and candid.”

Immortalizing at Humayun Tomb
Photographs by Saneesh Sukumaran
Saneesh immortalized the romance of Shailvi and Govind at Humayun Tomb in Delhi. Decked up in their wedding dresses, they braved the December chill, says Saneesh, “One thing we were worried about was having too many people so we had to schedule the shooting early in the morning. Even though it was very cold, Shailvi and Govind were in high spirits and did an excellent job without freezing.”
Reviving 70’s
Photographs by Archana Kumar (Studio Velvetta)
Archana shot with Isha and Arun at Cubbon Park, Bangalore and also at a vintage location for the 70’s to come alive. Archana says, “Isha and Arun have been high school sweethearts and Cubbon Park was the place where they met for the first time when they were in school. So we scoped the park, went back to the place they had special memories of and captured them in their nostalgia. Since the theme of their cocktail party was 70s Bollywood, they wanted this shoot to mirror that. In fact, the blowups of the pictures from this shoot were showcased at the party. ” The shoot brought alive the dramatic flair of 70s and the couple enjoyed it to the hilt.
Goan Fun
Photographs by Edric George
Edric used the popular locations of Goa to make this shoot fun and romantic. He says, “Neel and Rochelle were game for a fun shoot and what a shoot it was. Being a Goan Photographer, I had a prior idea about the locations. So I scouted the perfect spots, the right time of the day to avoid crowd and shot in and around Aguada Fort as well as at Sinquerim Beach.”
Love Birds
Photographs by Tina Shah Doshi
Ruhi and Juned are nature lovers so they wanted their couple shoot to incorporate those elements. They decided to have the shoot at New York Botanical garden and the day just turned out to be perfect with the light drizzle and amazing weather. Ruhi says, “Every time I look at the photos, I feel peace. Tina captured our love that we share in our everyday life.”
