Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj make it official with a Roka in Hyderabad

Telugu superstar Rana Daggubati popped the question to his girlfriend Miheeka Bajaj a few weeks back and the couple took to Instagram yesterday to announce their Roka. Daggubati’s father said that it was not an official engagement function, but a family ritual to finalize the date for the engagement and wedding.
Miheeka Bajaj, who runs Wedding Decor & Design Company Dew Drop Design Studio, looked radiant in a classic saffron Jayanti Reddy weaved silk saree with a heavily embroidered blouse and a dupatta. She wore an antique jewellery set belonging to the Royal Family of Bikaner, with intricate meenakari work using traditional polkis set in gold for the ceremony. She kept her makeup minimal for the day event.
Rana was seen wearing a simple white shirt along with a traditional white and gold mundu sans any accessories.
Also seen at the ceremony were Rana’s family members and actors Samantha Prabhu and her actor husband Naga Chaitanya, whose mother is Rana’s paternal aunt.
The ceremony, held at the memorial of Rana’s grandfather D Ramanaidu in Hyderabad’s Ramanaidu Studios, was understated and the couple opted for minimalist decor with local tuberoses, rudraksha and baby’s breath flowers beautifully suspended from a tree under which they laid out rustic cane furniture.
