A Romantic Photoshoot in the Majestic Panoramas Of Nepal
Pre Wedding Photoshoots - Oct 31, 2018
With its silent, serene landscapes edged with the high snow-capped mountains, Nepal is a compelling destination that offers mystery and majesty in all corners. Enchanted by its rugged yet cozy vibe, Saniya and Rohit chose to do their pre-wedding photo shoot in the land of the mighty Mount Everest. WeddingSutra Favourite – My Visual Artistry captured their poses and chemistry in splendid frames against stunning backdrops. Here, Saniya shares details of her love story and pre-wedding photo shoot experience.
How We Met
“Rohit and I met five years ago in Bangalore. We were in the same college but didn’t know each other until we ended up working in the same office. For him, it was love at first sight! Once I got to know him, I found him quite different from the other guys I had known. A week after we started texting he proposed to me! Since I was not ready, I took some time to think about it – eight months to be precise! Then on August 15, 2013, I proposed to him, and he said ‘Yes!’ We dated for a year before he had to move out of Bangalore, and we commenced a four-year long-distance relationship. Eventually, we told our parents about ourselves, and they got us married.”
Pre Wedding Photoshoot
Saniya and Rohit steered clear of the more popular destinations for their pre-wedding photo shoot and decided to pay a visit to one of India’s neighbors instead. “Nepal is full of sights and scenes that will leave you overwhelmed. We closed down on Phewa lake, a few charming hill villages, and golden pagodas for our pre-wedding photo shoot. These places offered amazing backdrops for our photos. The views of the Himalayas added to the beauty of every setting and made the photographs a little more special,” shares George Gupta of The Visual Artistry.
Talking a little about their experience Saniya recalls, “Shooting in Nepal was a dream come true for us and we had the most amazing experience with My Visual Artistry. All of it was nothing less than a roller coaster and we had a great deal of fun through it all. This team has some of the most dedicated and hardworking professionals. They took care of all our needs and made us so comfortable while shooting.”
From rope bridges to rustic hamlets, colorful temples to a serene lake, every shot captures the magical aura of Nepal as well as the natural chemistry between the couple. From freewheeling poses in glamorous ensembles to a glowing bonfire with the couple wrapped in a blanket – each concept and angle worked beautifully in this pre-wedding photo shoot.
