Sampada and Akshay’s Platinum Day of Love

Our Love Actually series captures beautiful moments between couples in the most stunning locations across Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai.
We met Sampada and Akshay at the chic and contemporary The Perfect Location in Faridabad, Haryana. Sampada looked resplendent in stunning makeup by Kashika Kapur. The couple exuded stylish elegance in gorgeous jewellery and exquisite platinum love bands from Gandaram Jewellers. While Sampada shared her love story with us, photographers from Infinite Memories framed candid shots that captured moments which Sampada and Akshay will cherish forever.
Love does happen when you least expect it! That is what Sampada experienced when she first met Akshay through a matrimonial website. “Although ours was an arranged marriage, we got to know each other for a year before we tied the knot,” shares Sampada.
They got along like a house on fire from the moment they first met, had similar passions and there were none of those awkward silences between them. As Sampada explains, “We discovered that we had so much in common as we got to know each other Today, we share everything with each other.”
Sampada was all praise for WeddingSutra for enabling her to plan her own wedding effectively. She shares, “It was actually Akshay who discovered WeddingSutra and was mesmerized by the quality of its pictures and insightful content. We both follow its social media pages, and absolutely love them all.”
Describing the shoot experience, Sampada says, “It was lovely and we cannot thank WeddingSutra enough for such a brilliant opportunity. The photographer of Infinite Memories was really helpful and made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. We spent our day of love at The Perfect Location where the magnificent backdrops made everything look flawless. The location had a very beautiful and happy vibe to it. My makeup was flawless and I was pleasantly surprised by the look that Kashika crafted on me. It made me feel very beautiful.”
For the couple who are set to tie the knot in December this year, the platinum bands were a gentle reminder of their deep bond and upcoming nuptials. “Platinum signifies eternity and that is what our relationship is about,” shares the happy bride-to-be. As they look toward their future together, we wish the lovely couple all the love and luck for a beautiful start to their life as a married couple.
