The couple’s high profile wedding had the who’s who of Hyderabad in attendance, including notable politicians, celebrities, industrialists and more. For a celebration befitting their vision and requirements, they brought in Baraati Inc. for their expertise in planning exclusive, luxurious celebrations while the team of DreamzKrraft executed the decor of each function to perfection.
Bride Swathi had a very elegant vision for the wedding and she worked closely with her wedding planning team to bring it to life. Shedding light on what it takes to conceptualize a grand wedding affair, the team of Baraati Inc shares, “It was the second wedding we were planning with their family, so we had a crystal clear understanding of their expectations and our deliverables. With a high profile celebrity guest list to cater to, it was important to ensure a stress-free and safe environment for everyone so they could enjoy the celebrations without any hassle. Our bride also had a very strong understanding of how she wanted her wedding to look and feel, which helped us to seamlessly create a sophisticated affair that looked grand and felt intimate. The groom’s and bride’s mothers were also very particular about ensuring traditional Telugu elements were incorporated throughout the wedding decor. We had local artists from their native village do a few elements for the poojas and rituals, that the decor team incorporated in the bigger picture of their design mood board to implement it seamlessly.
Moreover, with the wedding being celebrated amidst Covid, everyone’s safety was paramount and we worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless guest management experience while adhering to the government guidelines, with backup plans in case of any last-minute changes. Most of the wedding was planned over the phone and video calls, and we flew back and forth between Hyderabad and Delhi 8 times to ensure every last detail of the planning would be in place, from individual event conceptualization and designing to developing their custom stationery design, hospitality, artist management, and on-ground execution and coordination.”

Wedding Functions
Engagement
Hosted a month before the wedding at N Convention, Hyderabad, the Engagement soiree was a floral extravaganza. Shimmering hues of ivory and silver formed the base palette of the occasion. Festooned with decadent installations of flowers, the stage backdrop made for a breathtaking sight, while a mix of floral and brass decor set a plush ceremonial feel throughout the venue.
Mehndi
Kaleidoscopic decor crafted with intricate details, whimsical accents and arresting color stories set the tone for the vibrant Mehndi celebration at Boulder Hills Golf Course. Royal blue columns made up the boundary structure, hung with flowing drapes and a canopy of colorful flags. Vivid hues of flowers found their way onto every corner of the function culminating in the awe-inspiring stage backdrop. A quirky mix of prints in furnishings and props added to the lively ambience which was highlighted with numerous photo-ops, fairy lights, origami butterflies, hearts and more.
Pellikuthuru and Pellikoduku
The Pellikuthuru and Pellikoduku ceremonies for the bride and groom respectively were intimate soirees set in refreshing hues of yellow and blue. Marigolds ruled the decor in several forms, from flower vase arrangements to canopies, installations and backdrops. Earthen pots and vases added to the traditional feel of the occasion, while brightly colored flowers further added to the yellow paradise. The highlight however was the Radha-Krishna idols that brought in a sense of auspicious tranquility to the ritual. Guests were given saplings and handmade soaps as thoughtful giveaways.

Wedding
Hosted at the Boulder Hills Golf Course, the wedding was a grand, yet serene affair intimately crafted with spectacular decor. The groom entered with great panache on a golf cart. Neutral tones of ivory set a tranquil ambience elevated with a striking blend of traditional accents and tropical greenery. Brass vases, lamp stands, animals, bells and other props including earthy columns with traditional motifs, banana leaves, peacock installations, strings of mogras and roses celebrated the essence of India, while plush arrangements of white drapes and exotic greens with flowers gave the occasion a contemporary luxe feel. A mix of antique and floral chandeliers made for an interesting visual experience, as did the exotic aisle leading to the stunning mandap bedecked with a canopy of bells and flowers.
Baraati Inc shares, “Their special moments were made all the more precious with charming gifts to the couple’s close friends and guests. We did Bar-kit toolsets as giveaways for the youngsters, while the bride squad was given customized gift boxes curated with nightsuits, eyemask, champagne glasses, jade rollers, manicure kits, slippers, and more”.
