An extravagant 3-day affair, Aditi and Pratik’s Big Fat Indian wedding in Bengaluru saw a captivating confluence of distinct themes and flavors. WeddingSutra Favorite – Dhawal Doshi took the celebrations to the next level with mesmerizing entries for the couple and a variety of entertaining performances for their family members. Witness it all unfold!
The festivities kicked off with the welcome dinner, where the couple made a charming entrance. Cocooned by a whimsical ambiance crafted by cold pyro and mist, the couple elegantly glided through the ballroom doors and shared their first dance. As they moved across the stage, laser lights danced along with them, amplifying the magic of the moment.
The following day began with the Bhaat ceremony, showcasing a lively entrance for the family adorned with bright handkerchiefs and the rhythmic beats of dhols. The mother greeted her brother and the rest of the family with a heartfelt dance, making for a wholesome experience full of love and joy.
Dhawal shares, “The Sangeet was a night filled with glitz and glam! The evening showcased numerous fun, emotional, and power-packed performances. For the bride’s solo, we planned an interactive LED act, unlike anything that has been seen before, while for the groom, we curated the most romantic performance – our very own SRK moment. Friends and family dedicated emotional and lively performances to the couple, making the night unforgettable.”
For the Haldi function, everything from décor to food reflected the essence of South India—including the entries and performances. The offbeat couple’s entry incorporated Kavadi performers, adding a unique traditional touch. The family performances also embraced fun elements from South India making it a lively and culturally rich celebration.
“The Wedding was a royal affair! To make the Varmala entry truly grand, we included a professional group of Kathak performers. Elegant, classy props were used to enhance the regal ambiance. And even though it started raining just before the ceremony, we saw it as a heavenly blessing and transformed it into a magical moment, ensuring the couple had the Varmala of their dreams!” shares Dhawal.
