Keyur Patel from Prasang Events gives us an overview of the wedding planning and the logistics, “While the guest count remained an intimate 250–400 for the smaller ceremonies, the grand celebrations truly came alive during the Mehendi, Sangeet, and Wedding—each unfolding at a breathtaking scale. What set this celebration apart wasn’t just its sheer magnitude, but the flawless execution behind the scenes. From hosting over 1,000 guests across four luxurious 5-star properties to managing the logistics of 200+ vehicles daily, we orchestrated every detail with unparalleled finesse. The team also delivered a bespoke VIP experience for a distinguished guest list, including cabinet ministers, prominent industrialists, and even the Chief Minister of Gujarat, seamlessly blending grandeur with hospitality.” For Keyur, this celebration set a new benchmark for design and storytelling. Keyur shares, “Inspired by Alice in Wonderland, the bride envisioned a surreal garden and the team transformed that vision into a visual delight. From oversized floral rabbits and mushroom tables to ‘Mad Hatter’ tea corners and mismatched crockery, every detail evoked a sense of wonder. Ariva, embodying Alice herself, wandered through the enchanted setting crafted just for her. Adding to the charm, renowned comedian and celebrity Sunil Grover kept spirits high with his trademark humor, infusing the celebration with joy and laughter.”
Sangeet
“The ‘Abstract’ themed Sangeet was an artistic spectacle—bold in concept, breathtaking in execution. Spanning 1.25 lakh sq. ft., the immersive setup hosted 1,800 guests, with elegant sit-down lounges for 600. Guests entered through a massive floral dome, a Gucci-inspired butterfly gate, and red-beaded chandeliers, journeying through surreal passageways. The night pulsed with energy, with 25 spirited family performances, A live set by Bollywood composers Vishal-Shekhar and DJ Ganesh, who kept the dance floor alive till dawn. At the heart of it all stood a stage framed by a Roman-inspired abstract façade—dramatic, dynamic, and unforgettable.”
Wedding
“It was an opulent celebration woven with emotion, elegance, and intricate detail. The day began with an intimate sit-down lunch for 900 guests. The groom’s arrival was nothing short of spectacular—Gurdeep Mehendi performed live as Nashik dhols and a regal Ram Rath led the vibrant baraat. At the heart of the celebration stood the Damak-themed mandap—an exquisite statement of shimmer, scale, and craftsmanship. A thoughtfully designed VIP lounge for 300 guests mirrored its quiet luxury, accommodating cabinet ministers, industrialists, and high-profile dignitaries with elegance and discretion. Outside, a fleet of over 50 ultra-luxury cars—including a diamond-studded pink Rolls-Royce, Bentley Bentaygas, G-Wagons, custom Aston Martins, and Maybachs—set a tone of unmatched grandeur”, recollects Keyur.
