This couple’s personalized home-based engagement decor by Vivahhika made jaws drop with its minimalist beauty

Hosted in the bustling city of Erode, Tamil Nadu, this cozy home-based engagement was enchanting in its simplicity and quiet glamour. Crafted and curated by WeddingSutra Favorite – Vivahhika, a decor company renowned for their standout concepts and execution, the function saw elegant decor that blended seamlessly with the bride’s home.
Following the brief shared by the couple, Mons and Abhi, who wanted the decor to be minimalistic with a tinge of bohemian whimsy, team Vivahhika pulled put their creativity to the test by making the most of the limited space available to them.
Hosted on the lush lawn under a pristine white canopy, the ceremony was peppered with dainty white chairs adorned with delicate blooms.
The main highlight of the decor was the generous use of flowers and foliage, from the bright pink roses and white baby’s breath blooms that lined the aisle, the pink, yellow and purple blooms that formed a half wreath behind the couple to the pastel lavender blossoms that flanked them as they took to the stage.
Rising up to the challenge of procuring fresh cut flowers from neighboring hill stations amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the decor team made sure that no stone was left unturned when it came to getting their hands on the most gorgeous blooms that would transform the venue into a space that looked like a scene out of a fairytale.
A charming flourish was added with rustic elements like a cane chair, wooden benches and tables, and highly polished ceramic, brass, and wooden vases, alongside a hardwood backdrop that had the couple’s name embossed in bright, reflective gold on top of it.
Most importantly, however, hand sanitization stations equipped with automatic dispensers were placed strategically across the venue to make sure the guests stayed safe and healthy as they blessed the couple who took their first steps towards the journey of a lifetime.
