This Indo-Chinese anniversary celebration in Thailand was a stunner with vintage and whimsical design elements!

A harmonious blend of classic Western, Indian and Chinese aesthetics, Priyanca and Dominic celebrated a decade of togetherness with an anniversary celebration that exuded elegance at every turn. Hosted in Thailand, a tropical gem of a country that possesses a keen understanding of both cultures, the 10th-anniversary celebrations were picturesque, to say the least. Leading at the helm and planning the festivities was WeddingSutra Favorite – Foreign Wedding Planners.
Priyanca, a Gujarati and Dominic, of Chinese descent, are based out of Amsterdam and were enthusiastic about celebrating this milestone in a country that would be convenient to fly to for their respective families. Plus, The Slate, Phuket was the very same hotel they’d married in! Kickstarting the festivities was a warm boho welcome dinner party. Adorned with wicker lamps and pampas in a very boho chic ambience – this party delighted the guests while making them feel comfortable. This was then followed by an Indian blessing celebration which flaunted a profusion of marigold blooms that struck a beautiful contrast with the white furnishings.
An English-style vintage setup, complete with a violinist and overflowing champagne, was arranged for their Vow Renewals at a classic wooden venue. The atmosphere here was decidedly rustic and elegant with white blooms lining the aisle while ivory hues rattan-backed chairs made the guests comfy. Floral cones were provided to every attendee to shower on the couple while three crystal chandeliers added a touch of glam to the heartwarming ceremony. The celebrations concluded with an elegant reception dinner where fairy lights and candles created a twinkling effect, setting the perfect party mood.
