This magical Muscat wedding by Mosaic Events featured dazzling dancing chandeliers

In a breathtaking display of design and ingenuity, WeddingSutra Favorite – Mosaic Events pushed the barriers of imagination for this beautiful wedding held at W Muscat, Oman. From a striking floral domed mandap with mirrored columns to a mechanized chandelier system, they incorporated cutting-edge technology and luxurious decor setups for a truly incomparable wedding experience.
Sundowner Mehndi
Guests had to walk through an elegant bulb archway to reach the sundowner mehndi venue. The contemporary furniture and white decor elements were placed on Arabic carpets, thereby creating an open seating area with a mesmerizing view of the sea. Sleek, metallic structures juxtaposed with pretty compositions of flowers, foliage and pampas grass lent a dreamy ambience to the area and dining tables. The evening included fun and a live band to entertain the guests.
Sangeet
Hosted on the rolling lawns, the sangeet emulated the look and feel of a royal Jaipur palace courtyard. Plush white and pink couches placed on Iranian carpets dotted the event. The venue was bathed in the warm glow of 5000 T-lights, and the palatial backdrop exuded grandeur which was further enhanced thanks to the presence of chandeliers and pink velvet drapes.
Wedding
The joyous baraat processions started with pomp and splendor at the driveway of the hotel, and led to the wedding ceremony at the roof-top lounge. The sophisticated decor palette of white and pink hues paired well with the minimalistic designs, gorgeous floral installations and vases of roses, baby’s breath blooms and trailing leaves. The highlight of the event was the domed mandap made entirely of white blooms. It was erected on mirrored pillars and decorated with flowers and crystals suspended from the canopy. Elegant, transparent chairs for guests added a touch of finesse to the overall ambiance.
Reception
The reception decor blended innovation and technology with opulent designs. The evening saw a magnificent triple-layered stage setup, lined with green columns of foliage. The open-air dining setup was an elegant composition of white with floral arrangements and long candles. The transparent chairs were emblazoned with iconic love quotes from movies. The focal point, however, was the mechanized setup of crystal chandeliers that moved up and down through the night for a magical effect. When the couple entered, the chandeliers descended around them, creating a shimmering cloud that engulfed them as they danced, and that vision drew a collective “Wow!” from everyone.
