Cocooned by the beauty of mountains and nature, Marketing professional Rhea Parekh’s engagement to Entrepreneur Nishchay Jain unfolded like a dream on her family farm in Bhavnagar, meticulously brought to life by WeddingSutra Favorite – Mosaic Events by Raj Batra.
Planning
With a vision of an enchanted forest setting for her dream engagement, the bride entrusted the team of Mosaic Events by Raj Batra to transform her dreams into reality, and they exceeded all expectations.
Reflecting on the experience, she shares, “Managing the logistics of more than 200 guests, both local and outstation, was no easy task. Arranging accommodation at multiple hotels within a small city like Bhavnagar, as well as the transfers to the venue, was a major factor to focus on. From the hospitality to the food, décor, and entertainment design, everything was so perfectly curated that everything aligned and fell into place like the pearls on a necklace”.
Welcome Dinner
Bold, beautiful, and bedecked in love, the welcome dinner at the Parekh Residence saw decor that married “Valentine Outback” charm with red roses, mystical velvet drapes, and golden chandeliers, creating a lavish tableau for a memorable celebration.
Everything from the services to the entertainment planned was to the point. Singer Akasa Singh set the mood just right for the intimate party with her mellifluous voice and infectious energy.
Engagement
Exuding the whimsy of an “Enchanted Forest” theme, the Engagement ceremony was adorned with the decor of purple flowers, foliage, mirrors, and more to illuminate the rustic charm of the ranch and the backdrop of mountains. The evening was filled with the glow of elegant chandeliers, creating a magical aura over the entire scene.
Foregoing elaborate production setups in favor of showcasing the natural splendor of the venue was a stroke of genius and allowed the beauty of the surroundings to take center stage. From the striking decor to the entertainment and features like the Perfume Bar, every detail was thoughtfully curated to reflect the couple’s vision and capture the essence of romance in a setting straight out of a fairy tale.
