Orchestrated by WeddingSutra Favorite – Do It Up at Mumbai’s quaint Sun and Shade Farm Resort, the evening was nothing short of magical.
Sharing their love with just those closest to them, the couple tied the knot with a traditional Christian ceremony attended by friends and family who flew in from around the world to be a part of their big day. The nuptials were followed by an outdoor Reception, designed and executed to perfection by the team of Do It Up. Despite the celebration getting pushed from May to June, the team seamlessly prepared for the monsoon affair while preserving the charm and lush beauty of their outdoor setting.
The sundowner soiree was imagined in a dreamy palette of dusty blue, with gorgeous floral arrangements adorning everything from the entrance arch to photo corners, tabletops, and even the breathtaking multi-tier cake. The soft summer palette transitioned beautifully from day to night as warm lights in the form of rice lanterns and fairy lights bathed the space in their glow. The blue floral-patterned dance floor was covered with a canopy of fairy lights so everyone could ‘dance under the stars’. A layer of clear sheets offered protection from the rain, while also reflecting the lights thereby doubling the beauty of the occasion. The couple shone radiant with happiness as they cut the cake and danced the night away with their loved ones.
