From pastels to quirky vintage decor, this engagement ceremony in Mumbai was resplendent with charming touches.
Jay and Disha were clear from the start that they wanted an engagement ceremony with a white wedding theme that would include quirky vintage decor elements. WeddingSutra Favorite – Swaaha Wedding Management Co conceived and executed the elegant Western-style event whose special moments were captured by another WeddingSutra Favorite – Reels & Frames by Anand Rathi.
The decor was all about sophisticated splendor with pastel hues and dainty blooms. There were quirky vintage items adding a retro aura such as a customized dessert table, photo frames, a molecular bar and even a personalized message counter.
To amp up the entertainment quotient of the evening, anchor Vishaal Rasquinha took over the stage and set the mood of the audience which was followed by a spectacular performance by a pianist. An international dance segment, a glitter painting act, and a mesmerizing gig by YouTube sensation Siddharth Slathia wowed the audience.
The couple too enjoyed their first dance which was followed by the popping of champagne and cake-cutting. To bless and celebrate the couple’s new beginnings, their guests rang mini bells that were placed on each table. The engagement rings were brought to Jay and Disha by their respective brothers.
The meticulous execution of this white wedding theme was truly an experience crafted for the guests.
