With a canopy of shimmering lights and ethereal white décor, this winter wonderland Reception was straight out of a fairytale

Whimsical décor evoking the romance of a white winter night set the tone for Varsha Alwani and Satish Chanchlani’s Pune wedding. The majestic décor was designed and brought to life by WeddingSutra Favorite – Q Events & Weddings, the intricacies of which were captured in flawless frames by WeddingSutra Favorite – The Wedding Saga.
A shimmering tunnel of lights welcomed guests to the Reception festivities in the Grand Ballroom of Conrad Pune, where a dazzling confluence of white flowers and crystals awaited them. The elegant all-white dining set up was highlighted with a mix of simple and elaborate floral centerpieces as well as glass candle votives. Additional glass structures laden with candles and cascading crystals anchored the walls and other spaces in the venue.
Dressed in a lovely marsala hued couture gown and an ink blue suit respectively, the bride and groom kicked off the evening with their first dance as a married couple, followed by the popular shoe game that elicited a whole lot of fun and laughter. Rousing tunes by an acoustic band post which, a DJ had everyone enjoying and dancing late into the night.
