In WeddingSutra’s latest edition of Style Spotting, we collaborated with ORRA Jewellery to create chic reception looks for brides-to-be Pranali, Snehal and Dhanvee. Perfectly prepped for their glamorous celebrations, the young women wore elegant creations designed by Nadine Dhody while makeup artist Hinal Dattani worked her magic on their faces.
Keeping in line with the mood of the shoot, Manisha Pamnani put together a setup that exuded glitz and romance at Tote on the Turf and Turf Banquet Lawns. Then, Movieing Moments skillfully captured the beautiful brides-to-be in glorious frames.
Look 1: All About The Glam
Bride-to-be Snehal chose this exquisite, ultra-modern design including filigree of flowers from ORRA Jewellery. Instantly upping the glamor quotient, the elegant piece was perfectly offset by a gown in midnight blue by Nadine Dhody. The modern luxury of the clothing was like a backdrop of the deepest night to the diamond’s glittering stars and all Snehal needed was a meticulously crafted diamond and gold bracelet and rings to look like a heavenly being herself.
Look 2: The Dramatic Entrance
Yes, you’ve got your troupe of bridesmaids, but diamonds are a girl’s best friend! Especially when it comes to making a glorious, glittering splash as you walk into your party. The structural uniqueness of the diamond collection by ORRA inspired by Mehndi which is considered as a symbol of ‘shagun’, is an epitome of sophisticated design and craftsmanship. The elegant set comes with a pair of matching earrings.
Bride-to-be Pranali made heads turn in a bold red lehenga from Nadine Dhody’s latest collection that was all wine and roses! While the diamonds were ice on the fire of the lehenga, her intricately designed bangles studded with the finest Belgian diamonds and diamond rings set in gold finished the look perfectly.
Look 3: The Modernist
Bold, contemporary and beautiful, every modern bride-to-be needs a diamond jewellery set as part of her trousseau. While you’re spoilt for choice at ORRA Jewellery, Dhanvee managed to choose a masterpiece that added panache to her already wonderful ensemble. The design and intricate detailing including motifs of branches filled with leaves and flowers that added grace to her overall modern look. The icy-blue lehenga by Nadine Dhody with a blouse beaded in floral sequins and the ruffle lehenga skirt went perfectly with her sparkling jewellery in both color and concept. To finish the look, she put on a pair of glittering bangles embellished with Belgian diamonds, and exquisite diamond rings.
