Roma Naik’s bachelorette in Thailand was the kind of trip that perfectly captured the spirit of friendship, freedom, and laughter that every bride-to-be dreams of. Planned as a fun-filled getaway with her closest friends, the celebration brought together six girls for a week of sunshine, sea, and endless memories.
“For me, Thailand was a no-brainer,” shares Roma. “It offers the best of both worlds. One can explore cities or unwind by the beaches. It’s affordable, safe, and has the most vibrant nightlife. What more could I ask for?” The girls began their adventure in Bangkok, checking into the stylish Nysa Hotel in Sukhumvit 11 to kick off the celebrations. Their days flowed easily with wholesome brunches that turned into drunches, shopping at weekend markets, exploring malls, and late-night adventures through the city’s famed streets. “We went bar-hopping, explored walking streets, tried cocktails served in buckets, and even went to strip clubs. It was all part of the experience!” laughs Roma. “And we always ended the night with Nutella crepes and massages. Every night turned into morning, it was the perfect Thailand life!”
In between all the laughter and late nights, the girls also indulged in unique activities that added charm to the trip. From visiting an immersive digital art museum and trying the viral Korean hair spa to snorkelling and island hopping, each day offered a new shared experience. The highlight, however, was Roma’s bachelorette soirée, an emotional and joy-filled night planned by her girls. The celebration décor and props were beautifully managed, complete with customised shot glasses, snack boxes, and keepsakes that the girls used all night. “They decorated the entire room and each wrote me heartfelt letters,” recalls Roma fondly. “That was the most special part.
