Experience the stunning transformation of bride-to-be Neha Bijlani in some of WeddingSutra's Favorites
In the final of this three -part series, ‘bride-to-be Neha Bijlaney shares her experience at the WeddingSutra on Location shoot at the Gaurav Gupta Studio, Mumbai. The bride-to-be wore a stunning navy blue, fishtail silhouette gown with ruffled details and beautiful earrings and statement bangles from Azva. Makeup artist Lekha Shah conjured an aura of glamor with the finest Lakme Absolute products. It was all captured on camera by photographer Deepanshi Kapoor of Happyframes Photography who ensured that the girls had all the fun during the shoot.
A friend did a wonderful Love Actually shoot and that’s how I discovered WeddingSutra! She suggested I take a chance at WeddingSutra on Location and I did and was so pleased to hear about my selection!
My day started with gown trials at the Gaurav Gupta’s flagship store in Kala Ghoda, Mumbai. I love pastels and so was a little apprehensive when the team coaxed me into wearing a dark color. But I am so glad I did because the ruffled, navy blue gown fit like a glove!
Next up, I accessorized with some beautiful earrings and bangles from Azva which brought a twist of the traditional to the look. I totally surrendered to makeup artist Lekha Shah, who used the best Lakme Absolute products to craft a stunning look with dark lips and the best matte base. My hair was teased into soft curls, which just added to the glamor.
The best moment of the shoot was with photographer Deepanshi Kapoor of Happyframes who was patient and accommodating and all her advice about posing will help me on my wedding day.

Neha’s Look
The idea was to give Neha a sensuous glamor. Makeup artist Lekha Shah began with the Lakmé Absolute Illuminating Foundation, and followed it with the Lakmé Absolute White Intense Wet and Dry Compact for a flawless finish. Neha is blessed with beautiful skin, so Lekha needed just a touch of the Lakme Absolute Face Stylist Blush Duo in Rose to add some color and luminosity to her face. Her gorgeous almond shaped eyes were accentuated with generous coats of the Lakmé Absolute Flutter Secrets Volume Mascara and the Lakmé Absolute Precision Eye Artist Kajal in black. The highlight of this glamorous look was Neha’s pout. Makeup artist Lekha chose to go with the Lakme Absolute Argan Oil Lip Color in Crimson Silk, to complete this modern day bridal look.
