WeddingSutra held a Special Edition of its most popular bridal initiative – the WeddingSutra on Location at Four Seasons, Worli to showcase the best in bridal style statements for this wedding season. Starting with a Style Consultation, followed by a Makeover and culminating in a professional Photo Shoot, each participating bride-to-be had the opportunity to interact with some of the best names in Bridal and Wedding services.
In the third of this five-part series, bride-to-be Nidhi Jogani tells us about her experience with WeddingSutra on Location at the Four Seasons, Mumbai.
“I had a wonderful time with Wedding Sutra on Location. It was just a lovely experience with the crew and the other team members. My love for everything beautiful started with the selection of my lehenga at the Anita Dongre store where a gorgeous navy blue lehenga left me mesmerized – it was a deep, vibrant hue with detailed, intricate gold embroidery. I was so happy that Team WeddingSutra selected the exact same one for me and it fit perfectly!
Makeup artist Tejas Shah decided to accentuate my natural features and create a regal look to match the royal feel of my attire. He did a fab job especially his elegant enhancing of the eyes which looked amazing. My hair was also set just perfectly with a half-updo and loose waves courtesy Fiona.
The jewellery by Azva was the icing on the cake – an opulent, traditional neckpiece that went perfectly with the lehenga and its embroidery.
The shoot itself was a pleasant surprise! The photographer, Arjun Menon made it an enjoyable experience and Team WeddingSutra were there with us throughout the day, assisting us in every possible way!

Makeup artist Tejas Shah decided to make the most out of Nidhi’s flawless, dusky skin tone. He started with the Lakmé Absolute Illuminating Foundation for a truly smooth finish, touched up with a gentle brush of the Lakmé Absolute White Intense Wet and Dry Compact to set the base. Since the main focus was the eyes, he used the Lakmé Absolute Illuminating Eye Shadow Palette in Royal Persia with a hint of the blue to bring a shimmery effect to the eyelids. For drama, he lined the waterline with the Lakmé Absolute Gel Addict in Deep Sea making the eyes pop! Generous coats of Lakmé Absolute Flutter Secrets Dramatic Eyes Mascara accentuated the lashes for a vivid, smoky eye look. Nidhi’s face was touched with just a hint of Lakmé Absolute Illuminating Shimmer Brick to create a natural looking bridal blush and finished with a whisper of Lakmé Absolute Gloss Addict in the Very Berry shade.
