WeddingSutra’s most popular bridal initiative, ‘WeddingSutra On Location’ was held at the beautiful Vivanta by Taj – MG Road, Bangalore. In the third of this three-part series, Snehal underwent a gorgeous bridal makeover that involved designer fashion, standout jewellery, and distinctive makeup at the ‘WeddingSutra on Location’
Resplendent in an Aneesh Agarwaal lehenga for Armadio, Snehal looked stunning adorned in a statement necklace from Azva and intricate earrings. Her features enhanced by the deft makeup artists from the GlossNGlass team who crafted a subtle glamor using the finest products from Lakmé Absolute. The entire experience was captured by WeddingSutra Favorite photographers North Water Star.
Snehal picked a gorgeous English-garden-green lehenga by Aneesh Agarwaal for Armadio. Featuring a mix of zari and embroidery in silver, gold, the combination of yellow, off-white and shimmering gold threads in floral designs had an effect that was regal and radiant.
Her handcrafted choker with seven rows of ghungroos was an Azva statement piece immediately eye-catching with its pendant and bright red stone in the center. Evoking the idea of the seven sacred vows of marriage, the choker resonated with matching gold, bell jhumkis featuring seven ribbed columns. A ring and gold jewellery on each wrist completed her look. The gold ring, with a kundan embedded center was encircled with seven vibrant stones in red. On one hand, Snehal’s wide gold kada was embedded with red stones. On the other, she chose to wear two thin gold bangles with intricate detailing also featuring deep red stones in line with the overall aesthetic.
Using the finest from Lakmé Absolute, team GlossNGlass worked their magic and gave Snehal an elegant, chic look. Team North Water Star was on hand, capturing each aspect of the makeover as it happened.
Snehal’s Look
Team GlossNGlass started by applying the feather-light Lakmé Absolute Illuminating Foundation that evenly blends into the skin, and set it with the hydrating formula of Lakmé Absolute White Intense Wet and Dry Compact in Ivory Fair. They brushed on a hint of Lakme Absolute Illuminating Blush Shimmer Brick In Pink on the apple of her cheeks. To highlight the eyes, they used the Lakmé Absolute Precision Eye Artist in black for a bold eye and powdered the lids with glitter. They paid special attention to Snehal’s lashes by applying a couple of coats of the Lakmé Absolute Flutter Secrets Volume Mascara for more definition. On the lips, they used the Lakmé Absolute Argan Oil Lip Color in Silky Blush.
