Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth, Alila Fort Bishangarh, Rajasthan

The actor couple tied the knot for the second time with a cosy destination wedding in Rajasthan.

Actors Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth made headlines when they got hitched in an intimate ceremony at a 400-year-old lakeside temple in Wanaparthy, Telangana where the actress can trace back her aristocratic roots. True to their low-key lifestyle and love for privacy, the duo ensured the ceremony was a close-knit one following Telugu rituals. However, for the second time around, they amped up the glamour quotient with a destination wedding at a heritage fort in Bishangarh which was attended by celebrities. Siddharth and Aditi met on the sets of Maha Samudram in 2021 and after a few years of dating, Siddharth proposed to Aditi at her maternal grandmother’s school in Hyderabad – a spot which is extremely close to Aditi’s heart.

For the lakeside wedding, Aditi and Siddharth kept it simple with marigold decor contrasting beautifully against the concrete backdrop of the temple. Suspended mogra blooms added their heady fragrance to proceedings as Aditi made a stunning bridal entrance under the phoolon ki chaadar. Before the grand wedding celebrations in Rajasthan and after the temple wedding, the duo also hosted a close-knit civil wedding ceremony at home attended by ace director Mani Ratnam and superstar Kamal Hassan.

The festivities in Rajasthan started with a mehndi, which, true to her style, Aditi kept extremely simple with crescent designs. Her outfit was also fuss-free with a black sharara paired with a short white kurta and lime green dupatta. Siddharth was also seen enjoying himself as he took to the mic to showcase his vocal prowess. B-Towners, like, Huma Qureshi, Farah Khan, and Malaika Arora along with ace designer Gaurav Gupta were also in attendance.

For her big day, Aditi looked ravishing in a red lehenga with minimal embellishments. With a wide zari border on the hem and a full-sleeve choli, the outfit made jaws drop with its simplicity and striking hue. Balancing the look were statement jewellery pieces from Sabyasachi. Siddharth looked dapper in an ivory sherwani accessories with a multilayered pearl necklace. The couple tied the knot underneath a majestic tree adorned with suspended white blooms and lit up by candles.
