Actress Tamannaah Bhatia’s brother Anand tied the knot with Kartika in an ultimate wedding extravaganza.
US-based doctor Anand Bhatia, whose sister Tamannaah Bhatia is a popular Film actress, married Kartika Chaudhary, in a beautiful celebration amidst close friends and family in Mumbai.
Anand and Kartika fell in love in the beautiful city of New York. Anand pulled off an elaborate surprise proposal for Kartika and popped the question in a romantic setup. The wedding, which saw many of theirs guests fly in from abroad and across the country, was held over three days in Mumbai.
From the Bollywood themed Mehndi celebrations at The Club to a fun-filled cocktail and ring ceremony at The Novotel, the elaborate functions were an explosion of colors. For the wedding ceremony, Iskcon Temple in Mumbai was entirely done in colorful florals which perfectly complemented the couple’s outfits. The members of both families were seated in a traditional setting during the wedding and the decor for the reception that followed had a royal feel. The bride looked every bit royal dressed in Sabyasachi designs. The groom’s sister also looked stunning in outfits from Neeta Lulla’s latest collection. The festivities peaked with the glamorous reception hosted at the Iskcon Temple, Juhu.
