Actor and entrepreneur Nupur Sanon and singer Stebin Ben’s wedding unfolded as a quiet, cinematic celebration set against Udaipur’s serene lakes and royal backdrops. Steering away from spectacle, the couple chose an emotion-first approach – one that prioritised intimacy, authenticity, and deeply personal moments over grandeur.
The ceremony took place by the lake, framed by calm waters and heritage architecture, with close family and loved ones in attendance. In keeping with the tone of the day, the couple captioned their wedding photographs simply and sentimentally: “I did, I DO, I will Always.”
For her bridal look, Nupur embraced timeless, soft-glam energy. She wore a sculpted off-shoulder white gown detailed with delicate lace and paired it with a long, flowing veil that lent an air of bridal poetry to the moment. Stebin complemented her aesthetic in clean, tailored neutrals, opting for a cream tuxedo that underscored the couple’s shared preference for refined simplicity.
The Hindu wedding that followed brought a vibrant contrast, opening with a high-energy baraat that transformed tradition into celebration. Nearly a hundred men holding traditional umbrellas formed a striking visual as Stebin, surrounded by friends, danced his way to the mandap. Nupur made an emotional bridal entry amid lush floral décor, as both bride and groom donned custom Manish Malhotra ensembles for the pheras. The sacred rituals concluded with a dramatic five-minute fireworks display illuminating the Udaipur sky, followed by a shower of flowers marking the end of the ceremony.
The wedding saw a well-curated guest list of close friends from the film and music fraternity, including Dinesh Vijan, Raghav Sharma, Varun Sharma, Mouni Roy, Rohit Dhawan, Disha Patani, Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra, among others. The celebrations flowed seamlessly into music-led evenings, with live performances by Sonu Nigam and Sukhbir keeping guests on the dance floor well into the night.
The cocktail night featured performances by B Praak, Sagar Bhatia and DJ Chetas, while earlier festivities included a haldi ceremony and a boho-themed sangeet that leaned relaxed yet celebratory. Food played a starring role across events, with an expansive culinary spread featuring multiple chicken and mutton preparations, international cuisines including Japanese and Asian selections, and an indulgent assortment of global desserts.
