Actress Amy Acker, who plays Fred in popular TV series Angel, wed actor boyfriend James Carpinello in a wine and roses Hans Fahden Vineyard at Napa Valley. Amy wore a sheath gown by Reva Mivasagar and carried a bouquet of red roses, chocolate cosmos and crystals, while James was dashing in an Armani suit. For Acker’s “something borrowed,” she wore rings from her grandmothers. She co-designed the bridesmaids’ dressed with Heather Saldenski, former Angel wardrobe stylist. Hairstylist Jim Avila placed roses in the bride’s curly updo. “We left a strand of hair loose to cascade down her neck,” he says.
