On December 22, 2018 singer Meghan Trainor and former ‘Spy Kids’ star Daryl Sabara tied the knot in Los Angeles in an intimate backyard wedding that saw a few tears, lots of music and a ton of dancing!
The Grammy winner took to Instagram to share several galleries of photos from the nuptials and we can’t help but swoon over the beautiful couple. Meghan and Daryl’s closest friends and family members gathered in the couple’s backyard for the wedding. They turned a massive tent there into a luxe, lounge-like space with twinkling lights and chic decor. For the big day, the bride chose to wear a stunning Berta gown, complete with a dramatic veil while the groom opted for Armani.
The talented singer was a vision to behold as she walked down the aisle accompanied by her dad Gary Trainor to the song “Marry Me,” an original song she wrote inspired by Daryl. The couple even recited vows that they wrote themselves and exchanged wedding bands, including a titanium one for him, and a platinum, diamond-encrusted anniversary style one for her to complement her one-carat engagement ring.
Later, the bride slipped into a Rita Vinieris lace suit and Aldo sneakers for the reception, where speeches were delivered by the couple’s loved ones. The groom later got the party started with a surprise performance by dancing to a medley of their favorite love songs with four backup dancers.
