Rashmika Mandanna, known for her effortless screen presence and her ability to set trends with equal ease, has consistently embraced contemporary style while staying connected to her roots. For the sangeet, Rashmika stepped out in an ethereal silver ensemble dusted with deep blue crystal constellations. Fluid and light-catching, the silhouette moved effortlessly as she danced, each twirl scattering glimmers of light across the room like fragments of the night sky. The look felt celestial yet contemporary. Soft blush-pink jewellery brought warmth to the cool-toned palette, with a statement necklace complemented by sculpted ear cuffs and delicate hand harnesses that added a sculptural edge while maintaining the ensemble’s dreamy, otherworldly appeal.

For her Mehndi and Pradhanam, the bride wore an opulent threadwork lehenga in contrasting maroon and forest green hues. The gold embroidery glimmered with her every twirl, while the dupatta carried traditional illustrations that lent the ensemble an artistic dimension. The look drew inspiration from a deeply rooted cultural metaphor. In Indian imagination, the arrival of a bride is often likened to the arrival of Devi Lakshmi, the goddess of prosperity, grace and new beginnings, whose presence is believed to usher peace, abundance and harmony into a new home. This sentiment formed the emotional anchor of Rashmika’s ensemble, interpreted through the artistic language of the South. Referencing the jewel tones, temple arches and luminous gold of Tanjore paintings, where Lakshmi is often depicted seated within a sacred shrine surrounded by symbols of prosperity, the outfit translated devotion into design. A bejewelled corset paired with a draped dhoti skirt and a Lakshmi odhna created a silhouette that felt almost like a moving shrine, celebrating colour, reverence and the exuberant spirit of Torani. With her hair styled in a half-up look and her makeup and jewellery kept minimal, Rashmika moved effortlessly through the evening as she danced with Vijay.

Draped in a rich rust saree framed with a striking red border, Rashmika Mandanna’s bridal ensemble unfolded as a celebration of sacred artistry. Temple-house motifs were intricately embroidered across the drape, evoking the carved sanctums and spiritual geometry reminiscent of Hyderabad’s storied architecture. Detailed hand embroidery in antique gold lent depth and luminosity, transforming the weave into a canvas of devotion and craftsmanship. Regal yet graceful, the saree embodied a quiet feminine strength rooted in tradition. Complementing the drape was a curation of antique temple jewellery, layered necklaces resting elegantly along her neckline, bold kadas framing her wrists, a classic mathapatti accentuating her parting and sahara earrings adding movement and drama. Her beauty look remained intentionally understated with a subtle winged liner, bronzy eyelids and earthy nude lips, allowing the richness of her attire and the sanctity of the moment to shine through.

For the reception in Hyderabad, Rashmika embraced regal elegance in a Mysore silk ensemble brought to life with intricate metal thread artistry. The look featured delicate embroidery created with pure silver and gold taar, drawing from a rich legacy of heritage craftsmanship. At its heart was the majestic Gandaberunda emblem, meticulously rendered in silver taar plated in gold, lending the ensemble a striking sense of symbolism and cultural pride. The craftsmanship, rooted in traditional techniques and heritage motifs, transformed the silk silhouette into a statement of timeless opulence while remaining refined and graceful.
