Mariah Carey is officially engaged to her boyfriend, James Packer, an Australian billionaire businessman, whom she met at a movie premiere in Aspen. He popped the question with a colossal 35-carat diamond and platinum engagement ring custom made by jewellery designer Wilfredo Rosado. Besides the colossal center diamond, Mariah’s ring also features tapered baguette diamonds sitting along the platinum band.
