Clooney and Amal Alamuddin exchanged vows during their romantic Venetian wedding and hosted a reception at the Aman Canal Grande in Venice. The couple’s grand, 4-tiered, square-style chocolate cake sat perched on a round table surrounded by votive candles. Designed by Roberto Ramperti to coordinate with the wedding’s elegant surroundings, the chocolate cake had gold art deco elements to match the dining room. In lieu of a traditional cake topper, the top tier was accented with a decorative sugar piece, also made in the classic art deco style.
