Actress Hilary Duff opted for a naked wedding cake when she married Mike Comrie. She chose to not frost her wedding cake because she wanted it to have a “vintage home-made look”, choosing to only have classic butter cream between the layers. “I’m a little picky when things get too sweet, so the cake is more buttery and the frosting is a little sweeter,” she explained. “It only has all these fresh flowers all over it.”
