Pulkit and his groomsmen get a stylish makeover with WeddingSutra Favorites
A dapper and charming makeover experience featuring Pulkit and his groomsmen.
Make room under that spotlight, ladies. It’s the boys’ time to shine!
It was a day of crew-scapades for Pulkit and his gang of groomsmen – Ravi, Varun, Chirag and Dhanush – as they got all styled up for their own moment in the sun.
Groom-to-be Pulkit and his band of boys exuded classic charm and enviable comradeship as they were treated to a special makeover. The squad was pampered and coiffed by team Kromakay. Then, wearing Zegdo‘s newest collection of elegant sherwanis, Bandhgala suits and jackets, the guys accessorized with a stylish pouch and wallets from Adamis. Team Once Upon a Time – Wedding Tales captured their good-natured jostling and them at their most chivalrous when bride-to-be Charu walked in.
Bags and wallets by Adamis
With the luxurious Taj Lands End, Mumbai as the backdrop, standing in the sprawling lawns, the boys were coaxed out of their self-consciousness into candid camaraderie. It helped that they were already looking their absolute best and coiffed to perfection before they headed out to pose for the beautiful feature.
Keep your eyes peeled as we decode the best look.
Groom Pulkit Mehta
For groom Pulkit Mehta, the idea was to look effortlessly stylish. He effortlessly acquired the ‘Modern Maharaja’ aura in Zegdo‘s white raw-silk sherwani with cotton silk churidar, elegantly matched with a red pocket square. Pulkit says, “I loved my look, the result was fabulous. The boys also complimented me perfectly and we felt super comfortable and stylish.”
Bride Charu Sachdeva
Charu wearing a navy blue and peach lehenga by Jiya by Veer design with gold embellishments looked picture perfect. She accessorized with a gorgeous necklace and a ring by MK Jewels. Charu says, “I was absolutely in love with my outfit and the makeup. Pulkit and the boys had so much fun. This is definitely the most memorable day for us.”
Groomsmen
Ravi Dubey
Ravi’s black and navy Indo-Western jacket in jacquard and woolen pencil cut trousers by Zegdo worked well with his athletic physique. It takes a certain style quotient to carry off that pocket square and the dark brown shoes and he managed it with poise. “It was a terrific makeover experience,” he says, “and it was even more special for us boys to come together on this day considering our busy schedules. We got to bond together before the wedding and that’s what made it so special for us.”
Varun Agrawal
Varun played it casual and cool in a cotton kurta in aubergine, teamed with a printed cotton velvet jacket by Zegdo and coffee breeches. The beauty of this outfit lies in the sharp tailoring which flatters masculine silhouettes.
Chirag Wadhwa
Chirag chose a Zegdo pistachio cotton kurta with an aubergine silk woolen jacquard Nehru jacket and cotton silk churidar. This look is perfect for outdoor soirees and one of the highlights of this trendy ensemble is its comfort fit that doesn’t compromise on the style quotient.
Dhanush Choudary
Dhanush went the Indo-Western route with a silver-grey bandhgala with black woolen trousers and a mandarin collared purple shirt, all by Zegdo. This silhouette is a little more dapper and will make a groomsman stand apart at a wedding or cocktail reception.
