Mehendi
Ayushi’s home-based Mehendi exuded warmth, which was made even more enchanting by thoughtfully curated floral décor that transformed familiar spaces into an ethereal garden. Amidst fragrant blossoms and the delicate scent of fresh henna, the bride was surrounded by loved ones. And, as intricate henna patterns adorned Ayushi’s hands, the air was filled with the soft hum of music, heartfelt stories, and a quiet, lingering joy.

Sufi Night and After Party
Aayushi Modi from Hitchkey Weddings shares, “As guests stepped in, they were enveloped by the intoxicating fragrance of mogra and attar, while the soulful strains of qawwalis floated through the air like a tender embrace. Candle-lit pathways shimmered gently in the twilight, casting a golden glow that seemed to pause time itself.
As the soulful Sufi night drew to a close, the celebration took on a whole new energy. The banquet hall transformed into a vibrant neon paradise, where laughter rang louder, feet moved faster, and the only thing that mattered was the moment. Under flashing LED lights, guests danced with abandon, their glow-in-the-dark accessories adding a playful burst of color to the revelry.”

Haldi
“During the haldi, the poolside was a riot of colors, with funky sunglasses, playful water guns, and helium balloons drifting lazily under the golden sun. Bubble stations, beer pong tables, and whimsical details dotted the venue, infusing every corner with infectious energy”, recollects Aayushi from the design team.

Sangeet
Under a canopy of twinkling fairy lights, family and friends took to the stage. Every dance, every song carried a piece of their affection, turning the evening into a symphony of emotions. The bride goes on to share, “The ring ceremony felt almost surreal, as if the sheer love in the air had made the night warmer, closer, more magical. As cold pyros illuminated the sky, laser lights sliced through the darkness, and a shimmering Niagara Falls installation cascaded behind us. Adding to the grandeur was a spectacular 20-kilogram chandelier-shaped cake and a curated menu of the finest cocktails, ensuring that every moment was drenched in joy, wonder, and unforgettable memories.”

Wedding
The wedding celebrations commenced with an energetic baraat. Aayushi Modi from Hitchkey Weddings shares, “It was nothing short of iconic. Traditional dhols set a pulsating rhythm, while a beautifully adorned vintage car brought a touch of old-world romance to the celebration. CO2 guns shot plumes into the sky, flower-adorned umbrellas twirled above the dancing crowd, and pre-mix bottles kept the energy soaring — creating a vibrant, unforgettable atmosphere where every moment felt larger than life.” Under a breathtaking canopy of flowers, bride Ayushi made her entrance, her steps swaying in rhythm with the beats of traditional Dandiya. In a beautiful, deeply personal touch, she had crafted her phoolon ki chaadar, which was adorned with handwritten notes, each one capturing a wish, a dream, and a promise she hoped to fulfil with Sourabh. Set against an ethereal outdoor backdrop, Ayushi and Sourabh’s wedding mandap was nothing short of a dream come to life. Guests sat with traditional rattles and fans in hand, and a thoughtfully curated massage station and sumptuous Shahi Thali treats added to the comfort as the couple commenced their musical pheras.

Reception
Grand, magical, and the perfect ending to a beautiful beginning — Ayushi and Sourabh’s reception was a dazzling spectacle that felt touched by the stars themselves. Fireworks lit up the night sky in a breathtaking display as the couple made their first appearance as newlyweds.
