Wedding Planning
For Dipika, there was never a question of where the wedding would take place. Jaipur felt like the natural choice, a city where celebrations feel deeply rooted in culture, emotion, and familiarity. Bringing this vision to life was F5 Weddings, who curated every event with a strong focus on flow, atmosphere, and individuality. Ajay and Purvi Modgil of F5 Weddings shared, “With Dipika and Jay, the idea was to ensure every function felt different in mood and styling while still feeling connected as one larger celebration.”

The décor played a key role in shaping the experience of each event. The Mehendi embraced a playful and colourful aesthetic, while the Garba and Sangeet featured high-energy styling with immersive lighting and bold design details. In contrast, the wedding ceremony leaned towards timeless elegance with softer floral elements and refined detailing. The Sufi evening introduced a more intimate atmosphere with candlelight and warm tones that created a calm, soulful setting.

Haldi and Sangeet
The Haldi ceremony was designed to feel fun, interactive, and full of energy. Bright yellow tones, floral décor, and playful styling elements created a cheerful setting where both families came together effortlessly. Games and activities kept the atmosphere lively throughout the celebration, making it one of the most memorable daytime events of the wedding. As evening arrived, the celebrations shifted into a vibrant Garba night. The décor became bolder and more dramatic, with dynamic lighting and rich colours transforming the venue into a high-energy celebration space. The Garba seamlessly transitioned into the Sangeet, where performances from family and friends brought together emotion, nostalgia, and celebration.

One of the standout moments of the evening came at midnight, when a giant LED ball descended into the ballroom for the New Year’s countdown.

Wedding and Sufi Night
The wedding morning felt calm and emotional. The mandap featured elegant floral detailing and a timeless aesthetic that complemented the intimate feel of the ceremony despite the scale of the celebration. Jay’s baraat arrived with high energy and a unique touch, with five additional horses accompanying close family members alongside the groom. For Dipika, walking down the aisle towards Jay became one of the most memorable moments of the wedding. Rooted in tradition, the ceremony felt intimate and deeply personal, with every ritual carrying significance.

The evening celebrations then transitioned into a Sufi night with candlelit décor, warm lighting, and understated styling. Speaking about the design approach, Ajay and Purvi Modgil shared, “For the Sufi evening, we wanted the atmosphere to feel intimate and grounding after the scale and energy of the wedding ceremony.” The setting brought a quieter, more reflective energy to the celebrations.

Cocktail
The final day of celebrations embraced a more refined and contemporary mood. The cocktail hour was relaxed and elegant, allowing guests to unwind and revisit moments from the previous days in a more intimate setting.

The reception décor featured colourful floral arrangements placed across long tables, alongside artistic bird and butterfly elements inspired by Dipika’s outfit. The festivities concluded with a lively after-party that brought everyone back onto the dance floor for one final celebration.
